We had a lot of ideas and wild aspirations with our new office space in Aarhus, Denmark. Matthias helped us structure all of that. He challenged and qualified our ambitions, and then he managed the whole process until we moved in – in a new space that even surpassed our wildest dreams. He created the RFP (request for proposal), he negotiated with vendors, he selected the interior decorators to help us, managed the architects and helped keep the intent of our new office in place. From start to finish, he was on top of the process. And the actual move was handled very smoothly. Everything was in place, all equipment worked, and we were able to sit down and continue to work immediately (after celebrating the move with Champagne of course). What is particularly great when working with Matthias is his immense passion to get it right, his ability to think holistically so that all ideas end up making a coherent impression that creates a wow feeling, and his project management skills and eye for details.
