His deep consulting experience means he can quickly get to the heart of what makes a company tick and create spaces that fit perfectly - functionally, culturally, visually, financially, and brand-wise. From his work designing Implement’s international offices, Matthias has mastered the art of transforming ideas into stunning architectural, spatial, and furnishing solutions.

He is all about bringing joy and innovation to the workplace. His upbeat, humble, and engaging personality ensures that every project is not just a success, but also a fun and cool (learning) journey.

He brings a wealth of experience from 20 years as a consultant in Commercial Excellence, Sustainability and Office Design, having guided numerous large-scale business transformations. His insider knowledge of corporate life comes from his five years at Coca-Cola HBC, where he served as a member of the executive board. Since 2024, Matthias has been the Head of Workplace Strategy & Design at Implement Consulting Group, crafting inspiring offices around the globe.
