business punks – www.business-punks.ch supports companies through business development, strategy and change processes. VALORION Partners – www.valorion.ch helps medium-sized businesses to sustainably increase their enterprise value and develop their company into an attractive acquisition target.

The focus of the project was not on a complete refurbishment, but rather on a deliberately pragmatic facelift of the existing working environment. The current requirements were analysed jointly:
What is already working well? Where is there potential for optimisation? Which working methods should be better supported? And how can the existing space better meet the needs of both companies?

On this basis, the layout, furnishings and individual work areas were specifically refined. studio M1 supported the entire process – from the needs analysis and conceptual consultancy through to the selection and organisation of suitable furnishings.

The result demonstrates that, even with modest investment, it is possible to achieve significantly greater functionality, a more pleasant working atmosphere and better utilisation of the existing office space – without any construction work.
